using a number of protocols as well as with our Zeus WAP server. UME management tools and
application engines are native to the platform and work in concert to provide a reliable and

Content and Service Management Tool Kit - Information and flexibility are the hallmarks of UME's
Vulcan management tool kit. Accessing and analyzing traffic data over a range of media,
modifying content offerings and introducing new service concepts are keys to MEVAS success.

WAP Content and Service Delivery Platform - Mobile Internet and WAP based service formats
such as color graphics, polyphonic ringtones & Java Karaoke are run on UME's Zeus WAP server.

development time. Our in-house creative and technology team ensures that new, often
customized, application engines can be developed, tested, populated, deployed and marketed
