Partner Communications Company Ltd. is a leading Israeli mobile communications operator
known for its GSM/GPRS based services and the development of wirefree applications under the
preferred orange™ brand. The Company commenced full commercial operations in January 1999
and, through its network, provides quality of service and a range of features to over 2.2 million
subscribers in Israel. Partner subscribers can use roaming services in 149 destinations using 319
GSM networks. The Company was awarded a 3G license in 2002. Partner's ADSs are quoted on
NASDAQ under the symbol PTNR and on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the symbol
PCCD. Its shares are quoted on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) under the symbol PTNR.

Cash-U's Pecan Entertainment Platform is a complete mobile entertainment SDP (Service Delivery
Platform) that empowers operators and ASP's to create, control and deliver a wide range of
compelling, revenue generating mobile entertainment services from a single point.
This includes full content management and OTA (Over The Air) delivery of rich media types as
well as single and multiplayer gaming on multiple formats from SMS to Smart Client (J2ME,
Symbian). Cash-U's Pecan Entertainment solutions are commercially installed with several of
Europe's and Asia's leading operators including LG Telecom, O2, Vodafone, Telefonica and Wind.

In February 1994, Turkcell introduced mobile communication in Turkey with its GSM services.
Having signed a 25-year GSM license contract with the Turkish Ministry of Transportation on
April 27, 1998, Turkcell has made continuous improvements to the range and quality of the
voice and data communication services it offers; and hence, increased its number of subscribers.
Having invested approximately $4 billion since its inception (as of March 31, 2004), Turkcell
provides services to 20.9 million subscribers.

introduced Asia's first Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) in March 2002, and it was also the
first in Asia to deploy EDGE (Enhanced Data Rates for GSM Evolution) in September 2003.
